Frædag Invites KiNK

KiNK (Live) | G-Ha & Olanskii | R.L.O.C (Ricky Late | Oskar Pask | Olefonken | Celius)

G-Ha & Olanskii open their window to the world to Bulgaria, where one of electronic music’s most prolific acts, KiNK joins them with one of the most dynamic electronic live shows currently touring. KiNK brings his acclaimed, machine-heavy live show to our basement while or Frædag residents R.L.O.C keep it koselig in our lounge and G-Ha & Olanskii host our guest in the basement.

KiNK has become one of House music’s most in demand producers and remixers: his tracks easily stand out in any club night and they are second to none in the most competitive environment electronic music has ever seen. His abilities in finding the sweet spot between new machines and classic sounds and to reshape them into totally different beasts would be totally enough to justify the phenomenon yet this barely touches the surface of the story.

Arguably the world of dance music has not witnessed anyone else rising so clearly from bottom to top just by the centrifugal force of sheer talent. Being based in Sofia, Bulgaria, without a support network, a campaign or any media hype, his music alone – live and in the studio – created a momentum whose end we have yet to see. KiNK’s live sets hold the key to understanding how he creates unparalleled enthusiasm on the stage and through his studio output which has found itself on every notable label out there today, from Clone to Rush Hour to Running back all the way to Josh Wink’s Ovum records.

Unparalleled in the live context KiNK’s live shows are dynamic, exciting and hinge on the spur of the moment, where everything can happen and the machines pivot around the energy of a dance floor.
