One of the most influential sounds of this millennium has been Innervisions. The label has been a totem for the melodic sounds of Techno that continue to dominate dance floor charts and record bags in Europe. At the epicentre of this sound is Âme. A producer powerhouse, a DJ, label head and live act, Âme are the group at the core of the sound of Innervisions. Regular guests at Jaeger as a DJ and a Live act, Âme has been a fixture on our calendar over the years. After a pandemic ridden year, we’re glad to welcome back Âme, who brings their live act back to the diskon. Residents g-HA & Olanksii host our guest in the basement while Øyvind Morken presides over the sauna and late-night courtyard.

Since the mid-2000’s Innervisions has long been the yardstick by which we gauge the current of electronic music in Europe. At the core of the german label resides Kristian Beyer & Frank Wiedemann, who dictate the direction of the label when they are not performing as a DJ or Live act respectively as me. In a genre seemingly obsessed with revisiting the past, Âme look firmly to the future of dance music. Driven toward continual evolution since they started making tracks in 2001, the German duo of Frank Wiedemann and Kristian Beyer have challenged club-goers’ expectations with their conceptually driven and uniquely visceral music. Now over 15 years into their career together, their deep understanding of the clubbing landscape and each other’s strengths allows me to stay innovative and relevant in a swiftly paced genre. And as primary partners of the Innervisions label/collective with Dixon, the pair continue to foster the future of house with carefully selected releases, all-encompassing live events, and even their own boutique shop that solidifies the connection between the artists and their admirers.
g-HA & Olanskii
Two pivotal bodies in the sphere of Norwegian electronic music, g-HA & Olanskii are an event, a club, a DJ duo, and a musical authority for Norway. Individually adept as DJ, selectors and tastemaker, Ola “Olanskii” Smith-Simonsen and Geir “g-HA” Holger’s musical voices unified for Sunkissed, an events series that has become the backbone of Oslo’s electronic music scene and beyond.
Oslo`s Øyvind Morken (pronounced Oy-vind) has a unique ability to play everything from A to Z of what genres concern. Working the dance floor in the most unexpected ways. For the last nine years he has held down a residency at Jaeger. Eight of them weekly under the Untzdag banner, a wordplay for Onsdag, Norwegian for Wednesday. It became an institution in Oslo. Drawing in a crowd of open-minded party freaks for nights of wild abandon, and where musical diversity and self-expression was encouraged.
