Berlin digging institution, Sound Metaphors comes to Oslo to take over the gården with CC:DISCO! A night celebrating records and the dance floor with some pretty serious diggers and Frædag’s g-HA & Olanskii in the mix. Sound Metaphors is one of Berlin’s more exceptional record stores, nestled in the heart of Kreuzberg, and for 10 years they’ve been a popular haunt for local and visiting selectors. Their extensive range reflects their diverse tastes and beyond the store they are also a successful club night that often crop up in places like Berghain. Celebrating 10 years in 2025, they stop off at Jaeger as part of the celebration.

Perhaps that’s the real fundamental of CC’s path as an artist — the space she creates for others. It’s reflected in the reminder she often gives after a gig: that the DJ just plays the music, and is no more or less important than the security guard, the bartender or the cleaner.
