All the live and DJ sets from the Saturday edition of our Boiler Room weekender is now available to stream
After capturing the intensity and tenacity of a Friday night at Jaeger on camera, Boiler Room packed their cameras away, but left the tape running in our backyard for line-up consisting of some of Norway’s finest selectors and live performers. Fjordfunk, Karolinski, Marius Circus, Mungolian Jet Set, Charlotte Bendiks, Fredfades, g-HA & Olanskii, Helene Rickhard, Ivaylo, Rune Lindbæk and Olefonken represented Oslo and Jaeger for an extensive journey through Norwegian electronic music that started in the afternoon and went on into early morning.
Bodies writhed and stomped through puddles of water in some subconscious anti-rain dance as clouds eventually dissipated and our Sauna floor dried up. Karolinski, Fjordfunk, Mungolian Jet Set and Marius Circus had navigated their way through their machines for their live sets in our backyard, broaching the salacious sounds from Dub Techno to the effervescent beats of Cosmic Disco as they streaked a sonic path through discourse of electronic music. DJ sets by Charlotte Bendiks, Fredfades, g-HA & Olanskii, Helene Rickhard, Ivaylo, Rune Linbæk and Olefonken filled in the spaces between with g-HA & Olasnkii taking us into the last phase of the eveningand closing out the first Boiler Room Weekender in Oslo.
