Oskar Pask is a DJ with an ear close to the pulse of emerging House music. He’s a part of the Skranglejazz collective and an influential musical force across the Oslo scene. Representing the next DJ generation in Oslo, his selection reflects the cutting edge of House music. He cultivates a cool, effortless temperament from the booth, where he can trip through Acid and Electro as easily as the skewed margins of 4-4 club music. His selections are diverse but his sound is grounded in the skrangle Norwegian tradition, built on a lo-fi aesthetic with a no-nonsense approach to machine music. Oskar’s career has its start in the booth at Jæger playing alongside Petter Celius, and the two DJs share an intricate bond in music that can go from an opening set in our sun drenched courtyard in summer to closing our basement in the cold depths of winter.
