It must be the annual Romjulsfestivalen at Jaeger. We’ve observed the holidays, now it’s time to get on the dance floor.
Tuesdays are the new Fridays as M.A.D join forces with Basement during the 3rd day of Christmas. The basement will be rattling with the sound of Josh Butler, Simon Field and Blichfeldt while Axel FU and Dara Woo take on the sauna with g-HA & Olanskii, celebrating the first year of M.A.D.

Josh Butler
In just a few years, Josh Butler has firmly established himself as one of house music’s most revered talents. Following the unexpected success behind his debut ‘Got A Feeling’ in 2013, Josh soon went on to pick up multiple industry awards from Beatport and DJ Mag, whilst releasing on Roush, Cajual, Madtech, Avotre, VIVa and Noir, to name just a few. Late 2016 saw the launch of his label ORIGINS RCRDS, with Josh soon pairing house music veterans Marshall Jefferson, Todd Terry and Robert Owens with up and coming artists to the imprint. His stand out collaboration with Bontan, “Call You Back” scored his second Beatport #1 in early 2017. Since then, ORIGINS RCRDS has gone on to become a staple label to take note of, releasing material from Kerri Chandler, Groove Armada, Richy Ahmed and Huxley, and gaining plaudits from a who’s who of the industry’s leading names, with label showcases from London to Los Angeles
Simon Field
With over 100M streams on Spotify and releases on Subliminal, Universal Music, Sony Music, Ultra, disco:wax, Armada and Perfect Havoc along with support from such as David Guetta, The Magician, Benny Benassi, Sam Feldt, Tiësto, Don Diablo, Husky along with official remixes for such as Erick Morillo, Kelis, Joel Corry, Tobtok and Nina Simone, Simon Field has established himself as household name on the house scene.
Having his tracks in movies like “Passengers”, Netflix Elite, Californication and more, he is now ready to take the next steps. His La La La release has streamed over 20 million along with other tracks pushing over 10 million streams. Simon also established the first IBIZA playlist on Spotify, still being moderated by himself, reflecting his inspiration. The playlist is among the most active artist playlist on the platform.
Blichfeldt
Blichfeldt, originally hailing from Oslo, is known for crafting captivating soundscapes in the Minimal Deep Tech genre. Since his debut in mid-2022, Blichfeldt has already grown his audience to 25,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and secured a deal with the respected Basement label, releasing several tracks throughout 2024, with more anticipated in 2025.
Recently highlighted by Beatport as one of the 10 most pivotal artists in Norway, Blichfeldt’s tracks have been praised as genre-defining. With residencies at top clubs in Oslo, international performances, and strong support from key industry figures, he has firmly established himself as a prominent figure in the scene. As his unique minimalist sound gains global recognition, Blichfeldt’s influence in the underground music scene continues to grow, further solidifying his reputation as one to watch.
Axel FU
Axel FU is part of the next generation of DJs coming through in Oslo’s scene. With ties to the likes of Flux and an integral part of the Jaeger Family, he has started making a serious mark on Oslo’s scene. between Oslo and Bergen, he, along with some key individuals, has helped establish the underground to the foreground of Oslo and Norway’s clubbing community.
Dara Woo
Dara Woo is a Jaeger fixture. Whether behind the bar or on the dance floor, she is part of the foundation of the club and in recent times she’s been a force to reckon with in Jaeger’s booth. Part of Oslo’s Techno brigade, her sets are ruthless and determined. She’s been a lynchpin at Jaeger since its very early days as a guest, a member of staff and most recently a DJ.
She’s channelled her entire experience of the dance floor through this latest pursuit and has already garnered a following around Oslo, playing places like Jaeger and a fair few distinguished venues and parties over the course of the last year.
g-HA & Olanskii
Two pivotal bodies in the sphere of Norwegian electronic music, g-HA & Olanskii are an event, a club, a DJ duo, and a musical authority for Norway. Individually adept as DJ, selectors and tastemaker, Ola “Olanskii” Smith-Simonsen and Geir “g-HA” Holger’s musical voices unified for Sunkissed, an events series that has become the backbone of Oslo’s electronic music scene and beyond.
Julie Reistad
Julie Reistad is a well travelled DJ with experiences from Paris, Copenhagen and Oslo. Her credentials in CPH include the legendary culture box, and in Oslo she has played every nook and cranny to establish her status as one Of the city’s underground stars. She is now stranger to Jaeger and you can find her at residencies like Mandagsklubben and Helt Texas, and often int he prime slot.
